    Harold Suriawinata
    Head of Investment

    Harold Suriawinata is Head of Investment of PEAKHOUSE. He oversees the firm’s business development and strategic investment direction.

    Harold is known for his ability to identify and introduce investment ideas ahead of market trends. He also has extensive experience in guiding relationship managers to enhance client service.

    Harold was most recently a Senior Investment Consultant at Union Bancaire Privée in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was a Senior Investment Consultant at BNP Private Bank in Hong Kong, having joined BNP Paribas in Singapore in 2007 as an Investment Funds Advisor.

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Ian Wong is Chief Strategy Officer of PEAKHOUSE. He manages the firm’s investment and client development strategies.

    Ian joined PEAKHOUSE from Hexa Asset Management, where he was Business Development Director and Responsible Officer. Prior to this, lan was CEO of Sound International Asset Management. He also held management and investment positions in Sofaer Global Research and Central Wealth Asset Management.

    In 2020, Ian co-founded PropCap Technologies, the first cross-border real estate secured lending platform in Asia.
